Shop Policies
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my shop! Please read these policies before making a purchase.
-Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to ship. I try my best to have items shipped as soon as possible but all clothing pieces are made to order and may take a little longer.
-All sales are final for non-clothing items (hoops, canvases, keychains, stickers, etc). I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for non clothing items. However, if your item arrives damaged please message me with a photo so I can provide you with a new one or a full refund.
-I accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days from the day of delivery for apparel. The items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Please email me at simplicitethreads@gmail.com with your name and order number to request a return/exchange.
-I am not responsible for any shipping fees for returns. I am not responsible for lost/un-traceable return shipments. It is recommended you mail your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
SHIPPING
-Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package. Please provide an email at checkout to receive notifications once your package has shipped.
-Once the package is in the hands of the post office, I am not longer responsible for the items.
-If you realize you entered the incorrect address at checkout please contact me ASAP to correct it. If the item has already been shipped, I am no longer responsible.
